Rapid re-engagement with key retailers to prioritise stock supply and protect listings.
Rolling global roadshows and launches to communicate brand essence in order to rapidly secure listings in new markets.
Weekly meetings established to refill the supply chain and support the commercial expansion
Brand was repositioned in a more premium market using communications, PR, NPD (including an expanded Christmas gift programme)

Outputs & Results:

Brand launched in 5 markets and relaunched in 14 within first 12 months
Payback achieved within 18 months
